The motion to accept the new covenants has been approved by Phase/Section I through VI. All Sections in Phase VII rejected the motion. The updated bylaws were approved by the required majority of homeowners. The Board is in the process of verifying the votes and will register the new covenants and bylaws before January 1, 2019

To use this service, homeowners must go to the WD site and request access by completing a form. After verifying your information, you will be directed to complete a profile to establish an ID and password.
• Make payments • View your account status • Make ARC requests • Access the homeowner directory and more.
Online Registration for Owner Account: Enter in the website address www.wmdouglas.com into your browser On the top, right hand side of that page, you will click on the ‘Homeowner Login’ tab. This will bring up a new screen. Click on the “Register” button, which is located beside the “Login” button, and then scroll down and input all of your personal information. Please give the William Douglas accounting department 24 hours (next business day) to verify your account. The accounting department will then send you an email containing your log-in ID and your password. You are then able to login and access your personal account, make payments, and view community documents.
The voting process is complete.
The motion to adopt the new covenants was approved by over two thirds of the homeowners in Phases/Sections I through IV. All Sections in Phase VII rejected the motion and remain under their current covenants.
The updated bylaws were accepted by the required majority of homeowners and will be filed in the Office of Deeds in Spartanburg County.
